At DTC Drones, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please review the shipping details below based on product categories.

1. Pre-Build (RTF) FPV Drones

Order Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (from our Pune warehouse).

Shipping Partners: Reputed domestic couriers / India Post Speed Post. (International orders are not accepted.)

Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout.

Tracking: A tracking link and number will be sent via email once dispatched.

Address Accuracy: Customers must ensure the delivery address is correct. Re-shipping due to address errors will incur extra charges.

Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the parcel is handed to the courier. We will assist with courier claims if required.

2. DIY Kits

Order Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Partners: Reputed domestic couriers / India Post Speed Post. (No international delivery.)

Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout.

Tracking: A tracking number and link will be emailed after dispatch.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct address. Re-shipping due to address errors will be charged additionally.

Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk pass to the buyer once the courier picks up the order. We’ll help with courier claims if necessary.

Delivery Confirmation: Email confirmation sent upon successful delivery.

3. Accessories (Motors, Batteries, Cameras, Frames, etc.)

Order Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Partners: Reputed domestic couriers / India Post Speed Post. (No international shipping.)

Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout.

Tracking: Tracking details will be shared by email after dispatch.

Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping details before checkout to avoid delays.

Risk of Loss: Once the parcel is handed to the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Delivery Confirmation: An email confirmation will be sent after delivery.

General Notes (Applicable to All Orders)

Processing Time: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking: Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment using the tracking link provided in the dispatch email.

Courier Delays: DTC Drones is not responsible for courier delays but will assist with claims or inquiries.
