FPV Flying: Operating drones equipped with cameras that transmit real-time video for first-person piloting.
DGCA: The Directorate General of Civil Aviation, India, which regulates drone operations.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent under Indian law to use this Website. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, safeguarding your account credentials, and all activities that occur under your account. By using this Website, you confirm you are not barred from doing so under applicable law.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update product information, and modify prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

4. Order Acceptance & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when the product is dispatched. All payments are processed through secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. We are not liable for payment failures caused by external factors, such as insufficient funds or network issues.

7.1 Inherent Risks of FPV Flying
FPV Flying is inherently high-risk and may result in injury, property damage, or death. By purchasing or operating our products, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.

7.2 Legal Compliance
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with DGCA Drone Rules, 2021, including:

Obtaining UIN for your drone(s)

Acquiring Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC), if required

Flying within permitted airspace and altitudes

Using the Digital Sky Platform for permissions and logs

Following NPNT protocols

Avoiding Restricted & No-Fly Zones

Maintaining Visual Line of Sight (VLOS) during flight

7.3 Technical Skill Requirement
DIY kits require technical knowledge of electronics, soldering, and software configuration. DTC Drones is not responsible for issues resulting from improper assembly, tuning, or modification.

7.4 No Liability for Misuse
DTC Drones is not liable for damages, legal consequences, or injuries resulting from non-compliance, misuse, modification, or negligence.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DTC Drones, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Product purchase, assembly, or operation

Breach of these Terms

Violation of laws or third-party rights

Fines or penalties from DGCA or other authorities

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTC Drones is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution
Contact dtcdrones@gmail.com to attempt an amicable resolution of any dispute.

10.2 Arbitration
If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a single arbitrator. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the arbitrator’s decision is final. Courts in Pune have jurisdiction for interim relief before arbitration.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, subject to arbitration.

12. Transaction Authorization

We are not liable for losses arising from declined payment authorizations or failed transactions.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies.
